2. Cincinnati Bengals
Of all four teams in the AFC North, the Cincinnati Bengals easily have the most depth at the wide receiver position. A.J. Green made seven straight Pro Bowls start his career, but has missed the past year-and-a-half due to injuries.
Next to him, the Bengals have a reliable slot option in Tyler Boyd, a deep threat in John Ross, and a massive target in Auden Tate. Cincinnati also invested an early second-round pick in Clemson receiver Tee Higgins this year. The 6’4” target didn’t test well at the NFL Combine, but he has remarkable body control and route-running ability for a player his size.
With Joe Burrow now at the helm, this group could take another big leap forward with competent quarterback play. A.J. Green isn’t the player he once was, but his supporting cast is arguably as good as it ever has been.
