10 fastest Pittsburgh Steelers players of the 2000s

Fastest Pittsburgh Steelers of all time: 1. Mike Wallace
As fast as players like Martavis Bryant, Ike Taylor, and Willie Parker were one the Steelers, Mike Wallace takes the cake. Though he was used as primarily just a deep threat in the NFL, nobody in the league did it better than him in his prime.
Wallace averaged over 20.3 yards per reception in his first two years in the NFL. His second NFL season was remarkable, as he earned 1,257 yards and 10 touchdowns on just 98 total targets.
In a foot race down the field, Wallace could gain strides on his defender with ease as he would blow past them. It got to the point where the opposing cornerback couldn’t even be seen in the broadcast view on the screen because they were so afraid to get beat down the field.
Wallace’s 4.28 40-yard dash doesn’t even do his play speed justice, as he is one of the fastest players I’ve watched in my life. He takes the number one spot on my list of the fastest Pittsburgh Steelers of the 2000s.
While there were many other names that were considered in making this list, these ten players prevailed. Some of them will even be remembered for being among the fastest players in NFL history.
