2. Baltimore Ravens

The Baltimore Ravens are my clear second choice for the best tight end group in the AFC North, though Pittsburgh has made this race a lot closer with the acquisition of Eric Ebron this offseason, they don’t have a player that can match Mark Andrews.

After being in the league for just two seasons, Andrews already earned 98 receptions for 1,404 yards and 13 touchdowns. Last year, Andrews compiled 852 yards and 10 touchdowns in his first trip to the Pro Bowl. After such a stellar performance, he has solidified his name near the top of the list of current NFL tight ends.

Because of Andrews’ dominance, the Ravens were willing to trade away Hayden Hurst to the Atlanta Falcons after losing Hooper this offseason. In addition, Baltimore still has a capable tight end in Nick Boyle doing the dirty work inline for the Ravens. All three of their tight ends graded out as top 12 players at their positions last year, according to Pro Football Focus.
