This should not be much of a shocker to those reading this list as Hines Ward not only leads the franchise in numerous categories for his position but he has also won two Super Bowls and has been to three. Ward was also an amazing teammate and fan-favorite player before retiring. Ward played all of his 14 NFL seasons as a Steeler and he was able to be the best to ever play at his position in NFL history.
The former college quarterback made the transition to a receiver coming out of Georgia and into the Steelers locker room. Ward was able to be a physical blocker and a devastating force as a receiver against defenses across the league. The man is known for laying out a big hit or getting smacked, only to stand up and smile in the face of adversity gained huge praise from fans. Not only did Steelers nation love him for his personality but also his play on the field.
Ward would create a career of accomplishments that could potentially land him in the Hall of Fame one day. His accomplishments include 12,083 receiving yards, 85 receiving touchdowns, four Pro Bowls, two Super Bowl Championships, Super Bowl MVP.
