Conclusion

The Steelers have an easier schedule in 2020 but will have a tough stretch throughout weeks three to eight. If the Black & Gold can stay in the playoff picture up to that point, I think they have a good chance of making the playoffs.

This team has had success against tough teams; so, it may actually be the easier part of the schedule that gives them fits. I don’t have many criticisms of Tomlin’s ability to motivate the team, but I do hope this team will get up for the games down the stretch.

This stretch will be tough but all of these games are winnable if the Steelers bring their “A” game. Winning a Super Bowl is the Steelers goal in 2020; so, winning games back to back against good teams will be a challenge the Steelers must overcome if they want a Lombardi in 2020.

I think things are looking up for the Steelers in 2020 with Ben Roethlisberger back and the defense playing great in 2019. The only problem is these games aren’t played on paper so we will see how this season goes.
