Steelers front 7 vs Mike Munchak’s offensive line

Old friends are turned enemies in this week two game. Former Steelers offensive line coach Mike Munchak left Pittsburgh to head to Denver after 2018, leaving the Steelers worse off after losing his hall of fame pedigree on their staff.

The Steelers front 7 is one of, if not the, best units in the NFL. Their run defense was stellar last week holding Barkley down and allowing just 29 yards on the ground. The Broncos will be without Phillip Lindsay but, they do have former Charger Melvin Gordon to handle rushing duties.

Pittsburgh’s pass rush dominated the Giants line sacking Daniel Jones three times and hitting him eight total. They pressured him all night and forced two interceptions that Pittsburgh turned into points.

The Steelers will look to do much of the same against their former coach’s offensive line. The Broncos did not allow a sack against the Titans but the Steelers front is too good not to get home at least one time.
