The Pittsburgh Steelers have been impressive in the early going, but here are four players who have been disappointing after the first three weeks of the 2020 season.

Everything has gone according to the script so far for the Pittsburgh Steelers. Though they lost their starting right tackle, Zach Banner, with an ACL tear, this team has been one of the healthiest in the league. They have taken care of business on both sides of the ball to start the season 3-0.

Many players have been thoroughly impressive early in the 2020 season. Defensive tackle Tyson Alualu was a pleasant surprise this year. Though he was a solid rotational for Pittsburgh in 2019, he’s having one of the best seasons of his 11-year career, and he is currently the top graded interior defender in the NFL, according to Pro Football Focus.

Meanwhile, players like Mike Hilton, JuJu-Smith-Schuster, and Ben Roethlisberger have all had impressive starts, as their play has helped take this team to a new level early on. In addition, T.J. Watt has been indisputably the most dominant defensive player in the league through the first three weeks of the season.

Unfortunately, the same type of praise cannot be given to a handful of players on the team. While most of Pittsburgh’s roster has strung together some solid tape early in the season, the same could not be said for several players on the team. Despite the Steelers commitment to them, they have been less than stellar so far in 2020.
