The Pittsburgh Steelers biggest competition for the division are clear favorites heading into Week 4.

To be honest the Ravens should control the game against Washington from start to finish. Lamar Jackson is the reigning MVP for a reason. He has come into a pass-first league and shocked the world in 2019 by spearheading the best rushing attack the NFL has ever seen. No team in NFL history ran for more yards than the Ravens did last season. Even looking at the list, it is bizarre that the next most recent team in the top 32 aside from the Ravens was the Seahawks in 2014. Only 8 of the top 32 team rushing performances were after the year 2000.

It has turned into a passer’s league. Or at least so we thought. The Ravens had the best regular-season record of any NFL team in 2019 and this was with a supremely run-first team. The Ravens averaged about 250 yards a game rushing in 2019. They are down to 166 yards per game this year, but that is still good for 5th in the league.

The biggest bright spot for Washington is, by no surprise, #2 overall pick Chase Young. He is tied for 11th in the league in sacks at 2.5. But he is only 1.5 sacks away from first place. He isn’t going to have much of a chance to chase down the most athletic signal-caller in the league with a game plan that will likely focus on running the ball.

Washington is only ranked 21st in the league in rushing yards allowed. They, more than likely, will fail to slow down the run game much in Week 4. As a result, Baltimore and their reigning MVP should cruise to an easy win.

My final score prediction: 35-13 in favor of Baltimore.
