Winner: Ray-Ray McCloud

Two weeks ago Ray-Ray McCloud made this list due to how impressive he was as a returner, and this week, he makes it due to his contributions on offense. While his return game was only average, the Steelers got McCloud involved as a gadget player early, and it paid off down the stretch. He actually led the team in rushing while also contributing three receptions.

His obvious win was the 58-yard run he busted off, showcasing his ability to make guys miss and his pure speed down the stretch. This set up the Steelers to score, which proved vital down the stretch due to the close nature of this game. Add that to his other decent run and couple of catches and suddenly McCloud had a great day for this offense.

No one expected much of McCloud when he was signed but has already proven to be the anti-Ryan Switzer. Both are identical sizes and are utilized in the same role, but McCloud has already proven to be the far superior player. Switzer had good hands but no yards after the catch as he couldn’t make people miss. McCloud obviously can do that, as evident by his early return success and his most recent offensive success. Keep an eye on him moving forward, as he is slowly developing a role on the Steelers.
