5 best moments from the Steelers Week 9 win vs. Cowboys
There isn’t enough to be said about Cam Sutton’s play filling in for an injured Mike Hilton
After getting burned in the first play of the game by Amari Cooper, Sutton would tighten up his play for the Steelers in a big way. With just under a minute left in the 1st half, Pittsburgh’s defense would make a huge play that would give Pittsburgh an opportunity to make it less than a 7 point game again.
After a penalty on Dallas’ first play, they would drop back to pass on 1st and 15. It would be complete, but then Cam Sutton punches the ball out from behind and it would land in the waiting arms of Minkah Fitzpatrick. This was a huge play. It gave the Steelers a chance to make this lead smaller than 7 with a whole half left to play. They would kick a field goal to end the first half and make it a 13-9 game in favor of Dallas.
Cameron Sutton is making a case to make some serious money this season by generating splash plays. Mike Hilton was before he got injured. At this point, it begs the question as to whether the Steelers will be able to afford either of them after this season. That is how good both of these guys been this year and this play combined with what had happened just a minute or so prior, really gave the Steelers a better chance to start off in the 3rd quarter.
