The Pittsburgh Steelers are off to an 8-0 start and there are plenty of players who deserve credit. Here are my midseason awards.

Who would have thought that the Steelers would be undefeated at the halfway mark of the 2020 season? Though we knew their defense was going to be good this year, only the most optimistic fans could have rationally predicted a perfect season to this point. Though that spotless record was almost tarnished in a sloppy game against the Dallas Cowboys in Week 9, Pittsburgh remains the only unbeaten team halfway through the 2020 season.

Still, there was plenty of uncertainty surrounding this squad prior to the start of the season. Much of this had to do with Ben Roethlisberger. The 38-year-old quarterback was coming off a major elbow injury that cut his 2019 season short by 14 games.
