The Steelers are relatively healthy going into their showdown against the Jaguars. The team is still undefeated but still needs this win.

The Steelers are an undefeated team and it seems every week they defy expectations. Now people are starting to put them number one on the power rankings. Pittsburgh has just three players hurt but none of them are regular starters and that is good news going into the Jaguars game. The three players who sat out of practice were Trey Edmunds, Jaylen Samuels, and Jayrone Elliott.

Mike Tomlin’s team looks to be in great shape after Thursday’s practice, but the same cannot be said for Jacksonville. Here’s a look at all of the names on the injury report for the Steelers and Jaguars this week:

Steelers Injuries

Trey Edmunds (Hamstring) Questionable

Trey Edmunds has a hamstring injury and it has kept him out of practice both Wednesday and Thursday. He is a key special teamer and that is why he is on the team. The Steelers will miss his big body on special teams more than they will miss his depth at running back.

Jaylen Samuels (Quadriceps) Questionable

Samuels also has not practiced all week and will need to practice Friday to go on Sunday. The good news is the Steelers still have their top 3 running backs ready to go in James Conner, Benny Snell, and Anthony MacFarland.

Jayrone Elliott (Illness) Questionable

Elliott did not practice on Wednesday or Thursday either. He will need to get healthy for on Friday to play on Sunday. Elliott is probably the 52nd or 53rd player on the roster so he is not needed as much this Sunday. The Steelers still have Highsmith and Adeniyi healthy as backups at outside linebacker.
