Jaguars Injuries

Laviska Shenault (Hamstring) Questionable

Laviska Shenault did not practice on Thursday as well as Wednesday. Shenault has had injuries for most of his Jaguars career. This was also a problem for him at the University of Colorado. When he can get on the field, he is a dynamic talent.

James O’Shaughnessy (Knee) Questionable

James O’Shaughnessy has been out of practice for both Wednesday and Thursday. He has actually played the most snaps at tight end for the Jaguars this season with the injuries to Tyler Eifert. It looks like Eifert is just having some scheduled days off and will be the guy at tight end on Sunday.

Garner Minshew II (Thumb) Questionable

The Jags might be rolling with Jake Luton at quarterback and that is not a great situation for the Jags. Garner Minshew has been alright at quarterback but has struggled with injuries as of late. Jake Luton has been mediocre in my opinion and should be a good matchup for the Steelers. Minshew was limited so that is a step in the right direction for the Jags.

Dakota Allen (Ankle) Questionable

Allen was limited on Thursday which makes it a 50-50 whether he goes on Sunday for me. Allen is not having a good year for the Jags but the one thing he is excelling at is his pass-rush ability. I don’t think this will be a huge loss for the Jags if he can’t go.

Devine Ozigbo (Hamstring) Questionable

Ozigbo has been limited for the first two practices of the week. Tomorrow will be an important day for him as the Jags will want him to get a full day of practice. Ozigbo did not get an invite to the combine but has done well winning a job in the NFL. I think he was part of the reason it was possible to trade Leonard Fournette.
