2. WR/KR Ray-Ray McCloud

Ray-Ray McCloud is far from a special receiver. He’s averaged just 5.0 yards per reception on the season so far and has earned merely 86 receiving yards in 42 NFL games to start his career. However, what he lacks in receiving prowess, he makes up for with elite gadget skills.

As a return man, McCloud is a special football player, and a massive improvement over Ryan Switzer from a season go. While Switzer recorded a dismal 3.6 yards per punt return in 2019, McCloud has impressed with 15.0 yards per punt return this season – the best mark among all qualifying players in the National Football League.

On kick returns, McCloud has been promising, averaging 24.2 yards per run-back, and he’s already busted out a 49-yard scamper this year. The Swiss Army knife also carried the ball 3 times for a whopping 62 yards this year and is a threat to take the ball around the edge when in motion.

Ray-Ray McCloud isn’t a household name, but the improvement over Ryan Switzer this year has been as big as any improvement on the team. He has a chance to be a Pro Bowl return man in 2020, yet nobody seems to be talking about him.
