The Steelers have had a storied history throughout their years of playing the great game of football. Cornerbacks are one of the most important positions to play in the sport. It comes with many demands of covering fast and shifty receivers and also expectations of playing against the run. People criticize corners all the time but it has become an increasingly difficult position to play in the NFL.

It has become harder and harder for corners to defend receivers as time has passed in the league with new rules created to help make the league more passer friendly. Even though the cornerback position is difficult, the Steelers have had amazing players at the position.
