With just 4.0 sacks and 7 tackles for a loss on the year, Cameron Heyward had his least productive season since 2016 when he played just 7 games before a pectoral tear ended his season. Though Stephon Tuitt has been the interior defender getting after the quarterback most often for Pittsburgh this year, Heyward has still been fantastic – despite what the number might suggest.

According to Pro Football Focus, Heyward finished the 2020 season as the 6th-highest graded interior defender in the National Football League with an overall grade of 89.1. Normally, Heyward would be tasked with going up against three-time Pro Bowl guard Joel Bitonio in this contest; however, Bitonio has been placed on the Reserve/Covid list and will not be available for Sunday’s contest, according to Tom Pelissero of NFL Network.

While soon-to-be All-Pro Wyatt Teller should be able to keep Stephon Tuitt in check most of the game, Heyward will get an incredibly favorable matchup this week as the Browns were already without their two primary backups at guard in Chris Hubbard and Nick Harris. The Steelers All-Pro defensive lineman should be able to feed often this week.
