7 players Steelers fans should focus on at the Senior Bowl
By Tommy Jaggi
Kylin Hill, RB, Mississippi State
Want a versatile running back at a discounted price? Look no further than Mississipi State’s Kylin Hill. After diving into Hill’s game tape, there is a lot to love. At 5’10” and 214 pounds, Hill has solid size for the position, but he has shown that he is capable of carrying the load – as evidenced by his workload in college.
My favorite thing about Hill is that he’s a very good receiver and is extremely shifty with the ball in his hands. A solid showing this week could make him a mid-round candidate this April. He’s better than you think.
Creed Humphry, C, Oklahoma
I recently wrote an article on why the Steelers are likely going to be looking to draft a center within the first two rounds this year. Creed Humphrey is a player they will no doubt have their eye on during practices. Humphrey has good size and solid technique, as he projects as a starting center at the next level. One-on-one drills at the Senior Bowl typically favor the defense. If Humphrey has a great showing he could potentially sneak into the late first round.
