25. Jacksonville Jaguars: Kwity Paye, EDGE, Michigan

Jacksonville got their franchise quarterback with the first selection and they get one of the best edge rushers here with Kwity Paye. Paye is ranked higher by some scouts but this seems like the best place for him to go in the draft.

26. Cleveland Browns: Jayson Oweh, EDGE, Penn State

Jayson Oweh is an athletic freak out of Penn State but he has failed to translate that athleticism to any form of production. If he can change that at the next level then this will be a steal. The Browns really need an edge rusher going forward and they couldn’t pass on Oweh here.

27. Baltimore Ravens: Rashod Bateman, WR, Minnesota

The Ravens added Sammy Watkins in free agency so maybe they’re not so keen on taking a receiver this early but it was too hard to pass on Rashod Bateman here. He is one of the sleepers in this draft and not many people are talking about him as round one approaches even though they should be.

28. New Orleans Saints: Zaven Collins, LB, Tulsa

Zaven Collins is the best second-tier linebacker in the draft. He plays with speed and his small school status has hindered him to rise up draft boards. He plays very well from sideline to sideline and he will be a great selection for this New Orleans defense.

29. Green Bay Packers: Jaylen Mayfield, OT, Michigan

Green Bay could go with a center here but they could always select one on the second day of the draft. They go with Jaylen Mayfield here who is a solid tackle entering the league. He will likely be a right tackle at the next level and protecting Aaron Rodgers is always a good idea.

30. Buffalo Bills: Greg Newsome II, CB, Northwestern

Greg Newsome out of Northwestern is an extremely talented corner with little experience. He has only 18 starts during his college career but those playing days were spectacular. Getting another solid corner opposite of Tre’Davious White would make that defense even better.

31. Kansas City Chiefs: Creed Humphrey, OC, Oklahoma

The Chiefs have already done a nice job of figuring out their issues with the guard position in free agency but they still have holes to fill. They need tackles and a center to start for the upcoming season. Getting Humphrey here makes them instantly better and it allows them to have one of the best interior offensive lines in football.

32. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Levi Onwuzurike, DT, Washington

The Super Bowl champs splurge a little here as they select a nice defensive tackle out of Washington. Levi Onwuzurike is expected to go in the second round in most mock drafts but getting some extra defensive help is a good idea because that offense is already set.

The draft will have more trades and chaos to happen between now and the conclusion of the annual event. It should be a fun and entertaining couple of days as these prospects see their dreams become reality.
