Jaycee Horn, South Carolina

This prospect out of South Carolina has been one of the fastest risers in the entire draft. NFL scouts have started to fall in love with Jaycee Horn and for good reason. His tape is one of the best amongst the corners in the past couple of drafts. He shows up positively on tape each and every week as he played for one of the lesser teams in the SEC.

His group around him was not one of the most talented but he was able to make these top receiving threats less and less effective against his team. Surtain is a great athlete and should go very high in the first round but Horn should go before him. His draft stock just continues to rise the closer the event gets. He has solid experience playing and is coming out of college as a Junior, much like his counterparts on this list. His youth and effectiveness on the grass now will make him the best in the group.

It will come down to which team selecting a corner first wants in their player. It seems more plausible that Surtain will be chosen first but Horn will not be far after that. Both of these players seem like a top 15 lock when it comes to them leaving the draft boards. They are both very talented and will be great additions to any NFL team in need of their position.
