5 realistic trade back options for Steelers in first round

Miami Dolphins:
Steelers get picks 36, 81, 231, Dolphins get pick 24
Fellow AFC East team the Dolphins could be another potential trade partner for the Steelers. While the Dolphins already have two first-round picks, they could realistically try for a third as the team hopes to win while having a quarterback on a rookie deal. They have more than just two needs as well. More than likely, their top pick will be either a receiver or offensive lineman and the other first will be the latter or a running back.
Specifically, what if the Dolphins take Najee Harris with their second first-rounder. They may still want a lineman or a receiver in the first. Looking at the teams between picks 24 to 36, most of them have a need at either the offensive line or receiver (or both). The Dolphins could get aggressive while their window is right and make an aggressive move up.
As for the Steelers, this deal is similar to the Bills one outlined earlier. The team gets a better third-round pick and picks up a seventh as well. Trading out of the first round does mean no fifth-year option for whoever the team would target but having three day-two picks would be huge for a team that needs to fill some holes.
