Draft picks 25-28:

25) Jacksonville Jaguars: Trevon Moehrig, S, TCU

The Jaguars need some help in their secondary, and Moehrig is one of the best coverage options in the draft. With Lawrence locked in as their top player, the Jaguars show some attention to their defense now and grab a versatile safety.

26) Cleveland Browns: Zaven Collins, LB, Tulsa

Collins is one of the most interesting players in the draft. He has the size to be an edge rusher but the athleticism and smarts to play long the inside. The Browns have needs at both spots so they grab a versatile chess piece. He can serve a litany of roles during his rookie season as the Browns hope to improve their overall defense.

27) Baltimore Ravens: Kwity Paye, EDGE, Michigan

The Ravens lost both of their primary edge rushers this offseason, and while the team needs a legitimate receiver for Lamar Jackson, Paye is too good of value here. He would have role instantly during his rookie season and would look to re-establish this once feared Ravens defense.

28) New Orleans Saints: Jamin Davis, LB, Kentucky

The Saints really need a cornerback, but considering the Steelers got the last first-round worthy talent, the Saints opt for an intriguing linebacker instead. Davis has the athleticism to thrive in the pros as he tested insanely well at his pro day. The Saints can use him all over their defense during his rookie year.
