Draft picks 29-32:

29) Green Bay Packers: Samuel Cosmi, OT, Texas

The Packers would have liked to land a top receiver or cornerback, but getting a stud tackle isn’t a bad consolation prize. Cosmi is one of the best and most athletic prospects in this draft. He would come in and instantly start for the Packers during his rookie year.

30) Buffalo Bills: Travis Etienne, RB, Clemson

Reports are the Bills want Etienne, and with him being available they make their pick. Etienne is a dynamic back that can contribute in a wide variety of ways. While the Bills’ offense was already deadly last season, Etienne could make it more balanced this year.

31) Baltimore Ravens: Terrace Marshall Jr., WR, LSU

While this is a little early for Marshall, the Ravens have made it apparent that they are drafting a receiver early this season. Marshall has great size and speed but needs to develop more as a route runner. That said, he instantly becomes one of the top targets on a miserable Ravens receiver depth chart.

32) Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Jayson Oweh, EDGE, Penn St.

The Buccaneers don’t have many needs this year, so drafting for the future makes the most sense. Oweh was another Penn St. player that tested like a monster, so the Buccaneers take a chance on him despite limited stats while in school. He can sit and develop a better array of moves during his rookie year.
