Defensive line: Cameron Heyward, Stephon Tuitt, Tyson Alualu, Chris Wormley, Isaiahh Loudermilk, Carlos Davis, Isaiah Buggs

I really thought the Steelers already had their defensive line set for the 2021 season, and it really caught me off guard that they not only drafted a defensive lineman this year but traded a future fourth-round pick in order to do so. Because of this, I would have to assume that rookie Isaiahh Loudermilk is a lock to make this roster. He will likely have a hard time seeing the field right away but could work himself into the rotation by the end of his rookie season.

Cameron Heyward and Stephon Tuitt remain your cornerstone starters on the defensive line, while Tyson Alualu (who we once thought was re-joining the Jaguars) will retain his spot as the starting nose tackle this year.

As far as depth goes, Chris Wormley will make the team as the first in the 5-technique rotation for Tuitt and Heyward. After that, it gets a little dicey. I have the Steelers devoting an extra roster spot to their defensive line this year and keeping both Carlos Davis and Isaiah Buggs. Henry Mondeaux just misses the cut after the Steelers drafted Loudermilk this year.
