Hall of Famer vs. Future Hall of Famer. Roethlisberger vs. Mahomes in Week 16 is a game that could single-handedly change the entire matchup of the AFC playoffs. The Steelers faced off against the Chiefs, Mahomes threw for six touchdowns and 326 yards, and Ben threw for three touchdowns and 452 yards. This game was a shootout, and while the Steelers lost that game 42-37, it only left fans excited to see the rematch, only it is three years later.
The Kansas City Chiefs were huge on trying to sign JuJu Smith Schuster away from the Steelers, and while thankfully JuJu stayed, it still should give energy to the Steelers when they go up against a top-three team in the league.

I know that the three most exciting matchups I listed were all away games but can you blame me? There are plenty of exciting games the Steelers will be playing in, such as Week 6 against Seattle, Week 17 against the Browns, and Week 4 against the Packers, but all I can think about are these three matchups I stated. I could not be more excited for the upcoming season, and while Pittsburgh has a tough challenge ahead of them, I believe they will respond to this in a manner that shocks the entire NFL world.
