7. Chase Claypool

Besides Justin Jefferson, Claypool was highly considered to be the best rookie wide receiver from the 2020 draft class. While he only started six out of sixteen games last season, Claypool still put up insane numbers with a season similar to Hall of Famer Calvin Johnson.

For a while during the 2020-2021 season, it felt as if Chase was making a spectacular play on the field every week, and going into this season, I think that we will see the same thing. While he is not the best receiver ranked on this list, there is a chance that he will be the best wide receiver on this roster after this season.

The sky is the limit for Claypool, and if last season is any indication of how he can perform at the NFL level, defenses should be afraid. Especially now with Najee Harris, who can open up the play-action for the Steelers, and as a result, the Steelers wide receivers will prosper.
