Aaron Rodgers, QB, Green Bay Packers

Aaron Rodgers is coming off another MVP year during his Hall of Fame career. Turmoil is happening for the quarterback in Green Bay and it seems like it will take mountains to move for the player to stay in the green and yellow colors. This has been the story for the majority of the offseason that seems like there is no conclusion in sight. Many expect that the Packers will need to change their thinking style or move on from the franchise player. Where will he go? Well, that kind of depends on when the trade or release occurs for Rodgers if the Packers do decide to move on.

This is where the Steelers start to come into the picture. Rodgers is going to want to play for a contender and the black and gold will be missing a high-caliber quarterback. The supporting cast will be built around him with weapons on offense and solid defense as well. Add in the cap space next offseason and this could be something to look at. Ben Roethlisberger is going into his last season before retirement and Rodgers could become the starter if he is moved after this year. If that is the case, then expect Pittsburgh to be on his list of places to go. Media outlets will also have the Steel City in the rumor mill as potential landing spots for this player.
