RB Najee Harris

The final name on this list probably doesn’t come as a surprise, as most fans expect Najee Harris to make a substantial impact for the Steelers from the gate. While some of us may disagree with the philosophy of spending elite draft capital on a running back, there’s no denying Harris was a great prospect.

Now the big running back is doing everything we could have hoped, and the Steelers are apparently very impressed with his progress. Harris is constantly working on his craft and spending extra time with coaches. He’s doing everything by the book.

When running drills early in training camp, it’s no surprise to see Harris leading the charge. He’s listed as the number one running back on the depth chart, and he could have one of the biggest rookie roles we have seen on the Steelers in years. Harris seems to be a professional through and through and hasn’t done anything to disappoint thus far. He should be one of the most talked-about players at Steelers training camp this year, and he’s off to a great start.

It will be interesting to see which other names will emerge and begin to rapidly trend upwards. Right now, I think it’s fair to expect these four young players to serve significant roles on the team in 2021.
