The Steelers play another big game against a middle-of-the-pack opponent in the Raiders in a Week 2 AFC matchup that will be a must-win.

This should be another test for the Pittsburgh Steelers as they get ready for their home opener against the Las Vegas Raiders.

This visiting club is coming off an overtime thriller on Monday Night Football against the Baltimore Ravens, and the Raiders showed their ability to produce a highly productive offense during a football game. They were able to overcome adversity and move up and down the field throughout the game and even extended that into extra play.

It was sloppy at times for the Raiders, but they emerged victoriously. It was almost lost after an interception into the end zone after an awkward bounce in the air. This team does have issues with turnovers, and that could get them into trouble in their upcoming game against Pittsburgh’s defense.

The Steelers enter this game with an imposing defense but an offense that does not support them. The offense needs to have a major bounce-back game as they look for answers. They might’ve upset the Buffalo Bills, but Pittsburgh needs its offense to come alive against this silver and black defense on Sunday.

The away club has many talented playmakers on the offensive side, but their defense struggles during games. Their defensive front is fairly good, but they can be beaten with a strong offense.

If the black and gold can play complementary football then this will be a blowout on Sunday.

If they cannot accomplish that task, then this will be a very close game where the home squad could be upset. The Steelers are favored to win this game, and those predictions should become a reality unless the away team finds a way to cause a shocker.

Still, let’s take a look at who the experts are picking in this Week 2 bout.
