Detroit Lions (0-1) vs Baltimore Ravens (1-1)

The Baltimore Ravens were able to hang on and win their first game of the 2021 season. They were able to defeat the favored Kansas City Chiefs at home under the lights. It was a playoff-like atmosphere for the home team and they sealed the victory off a fumble recovery.

Baltimore looked much better as they caused some turnovers on defense and were able to run the football all day against the opposition’s defense. It wasn’t a pretty win but it was a victory nonetheless. This was a huge win for this team that was almost 0-2 before the Chiefs lost the ball late.

Week 3 should help the Ravens in the AFC North standings once the game concludes. They play against the rebuilding Detroit Lions and that team has a ton of issues. They need players to develop and add other talents as time goes by. They will need work and this Ravens team should have little resistance in this win on Sunday.

The Ravens defense seemed to finally realize their potential this past week against a talented team and the offense will be unstoppable if they keep running like that every game. Expect Baltimore to improve their record in the win column after week three as they try and push for the playoffs yet again.
