It seems with the Steelers in 2021, when it rains, it pours. Not only are they now 1-2, but the injuries are also now mounting, which won’t help.

First, let’s look at the good news surrounding the Steelers’ injury report if any good news for the Steelers. Headed into the Packer game, the Steelers should get Zach Banner back, a big boon for the Steelers. With that, Stephon Tuitt could either be back for the Packers game or perhaps shortly after, and his return can not come soon enough.

Banner’s return can help the running game, and with Najee Harris improving each week, that could be huge. Tuitt’s eventual return will benefit the Steelers pass rush immensely.

Now for those pesky negatives surrounding the Steelers’ injury Report headed into Sunday’s Green Bay Packers game next week.

T.J. Watt LB: Questionable  (groin)

When T.J. went out of the Raiders game, it may have cost them a victory Then he could not go in the Bengals game, and the Steelers may have lost that game because of his absence. It certainly caused the Steelers to snap their 75 game sack streak.

The Steelers can ill afford to have him out for the Packers game. Even if Tuitt returns and T.J. is still out, it won’t help the Steelers much. If there is any way Watt can go, you should expect that; however, groin injuries can be nagging injuries. T.J. Watt did have a limited practice this Wednesday, a promising sign for Steelers fans.
