Davante Adams UNDER 90.5 receiving yards (-116)

In two of his three games so far, Packers star receiver, Davante Adams, has gone well over 100 yards. However, I think it’s a solid bet that this doesn’t happen against the Steelers this week.

Though Pittsburgh’s secondary was suspect against QB Joe Burrow and WR Ja’Marr Chase in Week 3, it’s important to consider the context. The Steelers were without most of their starting defensive line, and generating pressure was a real issue as they finished the game with 0 sacks, 0 QB hits, and just 3 pressures, according to Pro Football Reference.

With T.J. Watt and possibly even Alex Highsmith set to return in Week 4, Aaron Rodgers isn’t going to have a lot of time to work with — especially considering that he will be without his best offensive lineman in David Bakhtiari.

Additionally, I think the Steelers roll extra coverage over to Adams in an effort to not allow Rodgers to get comfortable with his favorite receiving option. When mostly healthy, this defense held Stefon Diggs to just 69 yards on 13 targets in Week 1. I think Adams could do more, but I’ll take the under this week.
