Carlos Davis DT: questionable (knee)

Davis is still struggling with his knee injury and still has not returned to practice, so it is conceivable he is going to miss yet another week, so he should likely miss this week’s game unless he gets upgraded before game time.

Rashaad Coward Ol: Questionable (Ankle)

He had suffered an ankle injury and missed last week’s game. However, he did start the week with a limited practice, so it is welcome news that he is on the path to possibly return this week as the Steelers can ill afford to have offensive lineman missing.

Chukwuma Okorafor OL: questionable (concussion)

While still listed as questionable, Okorafor did return to full practice this week. His return indicates that he has cleared concussion protocol, and physicians should clear for the Broncos game. So it is great news the Steelers can have upwards of two offensive linemen return this week which will be a big boost to the offense.

Cam Heyward DL: Questionable (neck)

Cam’s injury forced him to miss part of the Packers game. When he left it was hard to see what might be wrong as he was walking the sidelines. While the Steelers are taking precautions as any neck injury can be serious, he returned to limited practice, thus indicating he might return and not miss a game. He is one of the two defensive players, aside from T.J. Watt, that the Steelers can ill afford to lose on defense.

Trai Turner OL: questionable (illness)

Thankfully his listing is not injury-related. Suffering from an unspecified illness, he did land on the injury report. The good news is he did have a limited practice, so it would seem not to be overly severe and probably should not jeopardize his ability to play Sunday.
