Kicking and punting

Pressley Harvin III only punted twice during the game against the Broncos. Harvin booted a 56 and 63-yard punts to drastically change the field position when it was needed. This isn’t just the fewest amount of punts Harvin kicked, but he averaged 59.5 yards between the two punts.

After last week, Harvin was doubted for being the person that could fix the punting issue in Pittsburgh and was compared to former punter Jordan Berry, who is doing better than Pressley. The rookie bounced back strong and seems to be finding his stride.

Chris Boswell is one of the most underrated kickers in the NFL, he might even be the most underrated. Once again he saves the day by going 2/2 with field goals and 3/3 with extra points. Boswell attempted a 53-yard field goal and made it but there was a penalty that gave the Steelers a first down.

Chris is 8/9 for field goals on the year and there is little doubt when he comes on to kick from any range he has kicked from before. There isn’t much to say about Boswell that isn’t already known, but when the kicker and the punter are at their best, it’s hard to beat any team.
