Steelers offensive line

I know it’s a bit of a cop-out to say the stock is rising with an entire positional group, but I think that’s mostly the case. While Kendrick Green still graded out very poorly against the Broncos, according to Pro Football Focus, I didn’t think his performance was as bad as his grade would indicate.

For everyone else, this was an excellent game. Dan Moore and Kevin Dotson combined to spring open some excellent holes for Najee Harris to run through on the left side, while Trai Turner and Chukwuma Okorafor did much of the same on the right side.

This performance was such a step up from anything we have seen from this group so far this year that I think it raises the question of whether or not to even try to insert a healthy Zach Banner into the lineup when he returns, Okorafor had one of the best games of his NFL career so far.

While I still think the Steelers are going to need to make more long-term investments in their offensive line, it’s nice to finally see this young group really start trending in the right direction heading into Week 6.
