. . . Philadelphia Eagles. 22. team. 54

22. Philadelphia Eagles

The Eagles might be the surprise team in the AFC East this year. I expected the Dallas Cowboys to run away with one of the weakest divisions in football, but the Eagles are one team in that division that could potentially give them a run.

With a young quarterback in Jalen Hurts, the Eagles are going to have some growing pains this year, but it hasn’t been as bad as many predicted it would be. Just last week, Philadelphia was able to knock off a pretty talented Carolina Panthers team on the road.

In addition, statistics suggest that the Eagles are a team right in the middle of the pack at this point, but they have the potential to soar higher in the power rankings if they can become more consistent on the offensive side of the ball.

The Eagles have a very daunting task against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers this week, and things don’t get a whole lot easier on the schedule from there. Still, there are games they shouldn’t win that they will probably come away with this year, as that seems to be the type of team they are.
