team. 45. . . . Denver Broncos. 20

20. Denver Broncos

Even with a less than impressive game against a talented Pittsburgh Steelers defense in Week 5, quarterback Teddy Bridgewater has still had an impressive start to his 2021 season, as the Broncos sit on a 3-2 record.

Unfortunately for Denver fans, this team has faced a cupcake schedule so far and they were blowout by the best opponent they have played to date: the Baltimore Ravens. Still, Denver’s defense currently ranks 2nd in the NFL with just 15.2 points allowed per contest. This is impressive, regardless of the schedule they have played so far.

However, it’s worth noting that their schedule gets much harder from here, and they have difficult games coming up against teams like the Raiders, Browns, Cowboys, and Chargers.

I’m not buying into Teddy Bridgewater being able to carry this team to much more than a .500 record and best, and it’s quite possible they fall short of this by the end of the season — which is why I still have them ranked in the bottom half of the league.
