26. Indianapolis Colts

The Indianapolis Colts really had a chance to stick it to the Baltimore Ravens on Monday night football this week. This team was up 22-6 and about to score another touchdown against the Ravens near the end of the third quarter this week before things went south.

A few turnovers and missed field goals later, the Colts ultimately lost in overtime, but this game could have had very different results, and a series of unfortunate events kept them from advancing to their second win of the season.

Still, I think the Colts are a better team than their 1-4 record would indicate, and they have had a tough schedule to begin the season. In Week 2 Indianapolis lost to the LA Rams by just 3 points and should have won two straight games now.

In addition, the Colts’ defense has been pretty stout so far and they have surrendered between 17-28 points in each of their five contest so far this season. They get an easy home matchup against a bad Texans team this week.
