Pittsburgh Steelers (3-3), Bye Week

The Pittsburgh Steelers head into their bye week at 3-3. They got back to an even record after a tough start to the 2021 season. That is a nice climb out of an irrelevant hole but they accomplished that. They now start with a fresh record after their bye week.

The black and gold escaped home with a win on Sunday Night Football against a battered Seattle Seahawks team. They now look to rest up and hopefully get some players back after the week off from competition. Not only do they get rest but this squad will get even more time to prepare for their upcoming game against the Cleveland Browns.

It took overtime for the home club to beat the Seahawks but it was a win nonetheless. There was a questionable call, which allowed the away team to tie the game and send it into extra play. Pittsburgh was able to overcome that adversity and win by a field goal by Chris Boswell.

This upcoming game against the Browns is going to be huge for both teams. It will be Cleveland’s first divisional matchup and the Steelers will look to get over 500 for the first time since week one. It will be a tough game and the Steelers need to use as much time as possible to get ready for that contest.
