30. Giants (31): Among their numerous flaws, a league-worst 41.2% touchdown conversion rate in the red zone.Syndication The Record /

27. New York Giants

The Giants have been just about as disappointing as any team this season. Many thought they would have a revamped offense this year thanks to some pricey new additions, but it doesn’t seem to matter. The Giants were humiliated by the Los Angeles Rams on their own turf this week.

26. Washington Football Team

Many thought that Washington was set to have one of the better defenses in the NFL this year. Remarkably, they rank dead last in the league in points allowed per game (31.0) and are 31st in yards allowed per contest (423.0), according to Team Rankings. With a struggling offense, this a recipe for disaster. With a tough matchup against the Packers this week on the road, things aren’t likely to get any better.

25. Atlanta Falcons

The Atlanta Falcons sit at 2-3 on the season and are coming off a win against the New York Jets. However, don’t let that fool you into thinking that this team has got it all together. Atlanta is a struggling football team with an inconstant offense and defense, but they could get back to .500 with a win against the Dolphins this week.

24. Philadelphia Eagles

Jalen Hurts continues to be one of the biggest fantasy football studs this week. Unfortunately, that isn’t translating to success in the win column. Still, there is some reason for optimism. After beating the Panthers two weeks ago, Philadelphia kept things close with Tampa Bay on Thursday Night Football. They have a difficult road matchup this week, however, with the Raiders.

23. Chicago Bears

After winning two straight games, the Chicago Bears fell flat against the Packers last week. Though the defense has allowed 26 points or fewer every game since Week 1, the offense can’t seem to get anything going and Justin Fields is struggling behind a bad offensive line. They get a daunting task against the Buccaneers on the road this week.
