Daniel Jones, Quarterback, New York Giants

Daniel Jones was a surprising pick at the time when the New York Giants selected him. The hope was that he and Saquon Barkley would lead this offense to new heights and out of the rebuild phase. Instead, this team continues to be meteoric and nothing short of losers.

Jones has had some glimpses of being a talented quarterback but nothing more than that. The Giants are a bad franchise right now so a change of scenery might be just what the doctor ordered for this player.

He is still young so there could be more to his development. Getting proper coaching and the right environment from a consistent franchise could help Jones and his career. He might just end up being a backup when it is all said and done or a fringe starter but he needs another chance elsewhere.

His growth has been hampered as the Giants have refused to find help for this young member of the team. He needs some offensive line help and some better weapons around him. It is not entirely on the franchise as this player has made bad decisions on the football field. He could still develop into something better but it will take time and work from another team in his career. He could be one of those players that bounce around from team to team if he cannot start figuring things out at the NFL level.
