2. Joe Judge, New York Giants

Joe Judge is one of the most obvious on this list. It has been a terrible tenure for this coach in New York. Some might think that the Jets Head Coach could also see some heat for being fired but Judge is by far the favorite out of the two. He has been terrible and ruthless during his time with the Giants.

He has caused a team to lose it with his physically demanding style. He wants players to be physically punished if they don’t play up to his standard. That includes running sprints after games and practices just like in the movie, Miracle (based on Team USA’s Miracle on Ice story).

With his demanding style and lack of leadership skills, he has lost the locker room. Many wonder why Judge is still holding the title of Head Coach currently. The team is terrible and there are no answers to be found in sight. From the top of this franchise, to the depths, it has not been running properly.

It is about to be spring cleaning with the Giants as they go around and fire most of the management and the coaching staff. They will look to find answers with another coach to hopefully turn this ship around. The lack of drafting capability needs to change entirely if the next Head Coach even wants a shot to survive.
