2. Steelers defense must limit Justin Fields rushing

Pittsburgh’s defense against the Browns was the team’s most impressive performance in Sunday’s victory. They were able to contain Cleveland’s running game and limit the Browns to just 10 points.

On Monday night, they will have their hands full again. While the Bears offense has struggled most of the year, before their Week 8 game against the San Francisco 49ers, rookie quarterback Justin Fields expressed that he felt they were close to figuring things out, and the game showed he was right.

The Bears remembered that they had a talented dual-threat quarterback, and they unleashed him. Per Sunday’s broadcast, Fields entered the game having only eight designed quarterback runs — Trey Lance who isn’t even a full-time starter has 22. Against the 49ers we got to see Fields rushing ability as he racked up 103 yards and one touchdown on 10 carries.

While the Bears still lost, their offense looked as lively as ever with Fields on the move. It would be wise for Chicago to make a concerted effort to get him running against the talented Pittsburgh defense. The Steelers must make sure Fields doesn’t build of the success he had last week. If he does, that will give Chicago a real chance at pulling off the upset, but if he is limited, the Bears offense will struggle to move the ball.
