Prediction: Steelers 23, Bears 14

This should be another close game that the Steelers win in the late stages. It will not be a cat-walk but the home team is in much better position to get out of the stadium with a victory than the Bears. The incoming club is still trying to figure things out with their franchise and that is normally a recipe for disaster.

Justin Fields is a bright spot for Chicago as they try and retool their struggling squad. He will make plays with his dual threat ability, this defense has to limit those. Dealing with a rookie quarterback should allow for this defense to confuse the opposing offense this week. That confusion should lead to sacks and takeaways.

The defense needs to play well because this offense is still struggling at times. They only put up 15 points last week and they need to rebound here. This Bears defense has talent and can cause headaches if the Steelers offense isn’t careful. They need to play smart and not force their defense to defend a short field.

Expect the defense to get at least one or two turnovers in this game as they confuse Fields. That should lead to a great opportunity for this offense to get some points. This matchup will be close at times as Pittsburgh doesn’t like to produce blowout outcomes.
