The spread at WynnBET is Steelers -6.5 with Pittsburgh a -120 favorite to cover (win by 7 or more in this case) versus the Bears at +100 even money.  The Steelers are a -300 moneyline favorite (bet $300 to win $100 if the Steelers win outright) versus the Bears at +250 (bet $100, win $250). The over/under (how many points both teams will combine to score) is 39 points.

The Steelers have been bad as home favorites this year, going just 1-2 overall. They also haven’t been good against the spread this year, going 3-4 overall and 1-3 at home. All of that points to me wanting to avoid the spread here.

That leads me to look at the prop bets. Najee Harris has his total reception yards prop set at 30.5, with the over a favorite with -125 odds. As BetSided editor Ben Heisler mentions in his best parlay story today, “Harris has cleared this number by a wide margin in three of his last six games with the Steelers. He’s been an easy target for Big Ben in the passing game and that trend should continue.”

To me this is a no-brainer. Take the over on Harris’s receiving yard prop. I expect him to have over 31 yards receiving. For the game, I’ll say Steelers 20, Bears 16. But if you want a sure bet, bet $1, win $100 if a TD is scored in the game. That feels guaranteed.
