Odell Beckham will help keep the opposing defenses honest

By adding a vertical attack in Odell Beckham Jr., defenses will not be able to stack the box against the run. Najee Harris has been on fire lately and defenses are going to catch on quickly and keep crowding the box and force Ben to throw the ball.

Odell will force the opposing defenses to stay honest and have them keep an eye out for a play-action pass that could lead to a big play. With the addition of Odell Beckham, Diontae Johnson, Chase Claypool, and Najee Harris, the defenses would have to pay attention to all of these playmakers and the offense would not have to be one-dimensional.

Having more weapons on the outside is exactly what this offense needs to continue its win streak and also its progression to becoming a well-balanced offense. As long as Beckham only cares about winning and not about how many targets he gets a game, then he will fit perfectly on this team and help their chances for the playoffs.

Mike Tomlin and Kevin Colbert know what is best for this team and if they think Beckham Jr. would gel in this offense and improve their chances of winning, then I am all for it.
