Detroit Lions (0-8) @ Pittsburgh Steelers (5-3), Sunday at 1 P.M. ET

The Pittsburgh Steelers escaped by the skin of their teeth with a win against the Chicago Bears on Monday. It was a very close game that almost concluded with the home team losing the match. They were able to go down the field and get a game-winning field goal and hold off Justin Fields just long enough.

A win is a win and that is all that matters in this business. It was not pretty in any sense of the word but they were able to add another victory into their record. Now they must turn their attention to the Detroit Lions on a shorter week than usual.

The Lions have an extra day to prepare and heal up their bumps and bruises, so that is a small leg-up on the home club, Pittsburgh. That is the only advantage that this incoming team poses when compared to their opponent right now. They are a struggling squad that will have issues finding wins in 2021.

This is a trap game for the black and gold but they should be able to win this game with ease. The Lions don’t have many strengths across the team as they’re in the middle of a rebuild. It should be a nice victory for the Steelers as they need to go 6-3 heading out of Heinz Field on Sunday once this game concludes.
