Steelers vs Lions: Who the experts are picking in week 10?

The experts have submitted their weekly picks and those selections have come from three different sources. Those sources are Sporting News, CBS Sports, and Pro Football Network. They all entered their thoughts on what the outcome of this game will be and those thoughts will make Steelers fans happy.

Sporting News

Sporting News has the Steelers emerging victoriously once this game concludes. They predict the score will be 29-20 in favor of the home team. Their reasoning is the amount of pressure that the Lions have allowed this season and their woes to produce points on the road. They normally lose by an average of nine points on the road and that is why they chose the score here.

Pro Football Network

Pro Football Network also has the Steelers winning this game by a score of 26-17. The explanation given talks about how important of a game this is for Pittsburgh. They need to win these easier matchups with how contentious the AFC North division is. They think the Lions could be an issue since they were on a bye week but not enough for Pittsburgh to lose this game.

CBS Sports

CBS Sports is also going with the Steel City to be favored in this match. They chose the Steelers to win this game by a score of 27-17. They don’t explain why this score was their prediction but one has to imagine it lines up with the other sites. Pittsburgh is just the better team and the Lions just can’t do much on a football field. Detroit will struggle to find wins on their schedule this year.
