Steelers K Chris Boswell

Chris Boswell made the Pro Bowl back in 2017 for the Pittsburgh Steelers after converting 35 of 38 field goals. As a result, Kevin Colbert handed him a lofty contract extension that made him one of the richest kickers in the league.

Unfortunately, Boswell hit a massive rut in 2018 — making just 65.0 percent of field-goal attempts and 89.6 percent of extra points. Since then, however, he has proved to be one of the best kickers in the league over the past three seasons.

Now in his 7th NFL season, Boswell is not only the most accurate kicker in Steelers history, he is also on pace to be one of the best kickers in the NFL again this year — topping even the great Justin Tucker.

So far through 9 games, Boswell is 18 of 19 on field-goal attempts. Only Buffalo’s Tyler Bass has converted at a higher rate. Chris Boswell does have some competition here between Bass and Tucker, but he’s been brilliant this year for the Steelers and deserves another Pro Bowl appearance.
