5 bold predictions for Steelers in Week 11 vs. the Vikings

Steelers can’t contain Mattison
While the Steelers’ run defense was better than it was in recent weeks against the Ravens last week, they still did a poor job of defending against Devonta Freeman. This week, the matchup only gets tougher. Frankly, the team has to be relieved that they won’t be facing Dalvin Cook this week, as he very well could have run all over this defense.
While not the same caliber of back, Antonio Morrison is also a very capable player in his own right. He has regularly found success as the backup to Cook and in place of him whenever the veteran has missed time. This week he goes up against a mediocre Steelers run defense that hasn’t been able to stop much lately. I don’t think that changes this week.
I think Mattison will easily go over 100-yards and will be a force on this offense. While the defense does a good job of combating some of the weapons on this offense, Mattison still finds some success on the ground this week. He doesn’t singlehandedly win the game for the Vikings, but he keeps their offense constantly moving forward all game.
