Cornerback- J.C Jackson, New England Patriots

In my previous article, I mentioned how J.C Jackson is a must-sign free agent for the Pittsburgh Steelers this off-season. My mind has not changed and he should be on the Steelers Christmas wish list for 2022.

Jackson currently has 7 interceptions on the year, which is currently tied for 2nd in the league. he is 38 tackles, 8 stops, 3 assists, and has allowed a passer rating of only 39.2% when thrown his way. In 14 games, he has only had 6 missed tackles and 5 penalties against him. He also has only allowed just 1 touchdown when he has been targeted against.

The Steelers only have one player in the secondary that makes these types of splash plays and that of course is Minkah Fitzpatrick. By adding Jackson into the mix, this secondary could be a force for the 2022 season. With Joe Haden most likely gone next season, it makes too much sense not to go after a guy like Jackson.

Brandon Scherff, Kenny Pickett, and J.C Jackson should be the 3 players on the Steelers Christmas wish list for 2022. All 3 of these guys can change and rebuild a franchise quickly and would greatly improve this team for the 2022 season.
